properties have been his focus since 1980. He was the COO of
First Financial Services a subsidiary of American Savings
and Loan responsible for the disposition of REO commercial
properties.

Tuccillo, Ph.D.
He was the Chief Economist for the
National Association of Realtors for 10 years. He
is the author of several best selling books on real estate
and is a regular columnist for the Real Estate Professional.
His consulting clients include Fannie Mae, Microsoft, REMAX,
GMAC and others. Educated at Cornell University and
Georgetown University, Mr. Tuccillo holds a doctorate in
economics.

Joe Winchell, CPA
