American Trade System Project
Introduction
The Purpose of the Project
TThe purpose of ATS is to create and implement a
U.S. trade system similar to one that operates in Switzerland.
That system provides companies in the Construction,
Manufacturing, Hospitality, Professional Services, Retail and
Real Estate sectors a financial tool that results in increased
sales, cash flow and increases profits between 30% and 50% for
the average company.
The Company has spent several years developing
the infrastructure for such a complex operation which includes
elements of economics, finance, banking, lending and monetary
matters.
The project is undertaken by the Hawk Group, a
company owned and operated by Ezio Valentini and Rebecca
Valentini and the two wholly-owned subsidiaries, The American
Trade System (ATS) and the International Real Estate Equity
Xchange (IREEX).
There are some interesting and unique
circumstances that have facilitated the company to successfully
undertake such an ambitious project. Mr. Valentini, who has
personally directed the R&D for the project, is in a unique
position to lead the project.

Background of the Project
Ezio
Valentini, a dual citizen of Italy and the U.S., has done
business in Europe and the U.S. for 40 years. He specializes in
investing in interesting and diverse projects that require the
operation of in-house sales forces. (Principals Bios below)
The
Company’s current project is the creation and establishment of a
U.S-based trade system similar to Switzerland’s WIRBank Trade
System (www.wir.ch).
Ezio’s
family has done business with WIRBank for decades and, several
years ago, he decided to create a similar system for the U.S. He
began to work with WIR’s management, brokers and clients to
fully understand the complex workings of the trade system.
From this
exposure Ezio learned that the Swiss system was quite advanced
in technology related to the administration of the system but
lacked the marketing and sales tools and methodologies used in
the U.S. and, particularly, the kind of techniques, supported by
state-of-the-art communication technologies, that Ezio had
developed and implemented in his projects.
Ezio, as
the owner and operator of large contact centers, is a proponent
of the “virtual sales force”, a sales operation where agents do
not commute to a brick-and-mortar facility, but conduct business
by reaching the operation’s main servers via their laptops. A
major innovation is the use of video calling and conferencing.
Ezio began
sharing these methods with WIR clients and soon was working, as
a consultant, with several Swiss companies including
construction enterprises, helping them, as an example, to
structure and present a bid proposal in such a manner to
virtually guarantee a successful bid.

While this work was performed in Switzerland, the
Company conducted R&D in the U.S. within the targeted industries
and investigated potential distribution avenues for the services
after the infrastructure was in place. The infrastructure for
such an operation closely resembles a banking operation.
The two elements of the project are:
1. The
creation of the infrastructure of the trade system,
everything from legal and regulatory to the required
documentation to the software required to operate the System.
This phase is complete. The elements of the infrastructure are
included in the document “The Infrastructure”.
2. The
Sales operation, using innovative
recruiting and training methods, is geared to generate a pool of
sales talent capable of meeting the needs created by the
explosive growth in the operation. The details of the plan are
highlighted in the “Sales Plan”.

Rebecca Valentini,
with her husband and partner Ezio Valentini, has
had a career-long involvement in the real
estate, hospitality and contact centers
industries. She specializes in sales and
operations with expertise in information
technology.
A
principal and decision-maker in all ventures, Rebecca has
managed call center operations contracted to market real
estate, hospitality, vacation ownership as well as finance
products and services. She directs the efforts to create new
and innovative software programs for the various projects.
