Dennis has represented Ezio and Rebecca Valentini, the
Hawk Group and all subsidiaries, as legal counsel, since
1983.
A
graduate of Brigham Young University law school, Dennis
joined Strong and Hanni, a large litigation firm in Salt
Lake City, and developed its business, tax and estate
planning practice, where he eventually became President
and CEO of the firm. In 2005 he left to open his own
office.
In
addition to his law practice, from 2006 to 2010, Dennis
was the general manager and counsel for Anderson Geneva
Development, Inc., managing the redevelopment of the
former Geneva U.S. Steel plant.
Dennis has extensive experience negotiating and drafting
contracts for business transactions of all types,
business acquisitions and mergers, for both private and
public companies with local, national and international
business activities. |

Bernard Lietaer is one of
the world’s foremost
authorities on international
banking, economics and
monetary matters and
affiliated with UC at
Berkeley. While with the
National Bank of Belgium
(The Belgian Central Bank)
he was responsible for the
implementation of the
convergence mechanism to the
Euro. Mr. Lietaer is a
principal in the European
Organization for the
Internationalization of WIR
(EOIW) and a partner in the
American Trade System’s
international operations.
In 2000 he authored the book
“The Future of Money” in
which he described, in
detail, the future collapse
of the banking and credit
system. The book was
translated in 18 languages.
In 2008 he followed his book
with a white paper in which
he proposed that businesses
follow to example of the WIR
Bank in establishing mutual
credit systems using
complementary currencies to
compensate for the shortages
of cash and scarcity of
credit to survive the
current economic conditions. |
