Ezio Valentini was born and raised in Italy. His
father was a businessman and a real estate
broker who also operated a consortium that
produced and distributed agricultural product.
His mother was an American of Austrian origin.
He
came to the U.S. in 1968 and worked for a large
land development company for several years
before becoming a real estate developer
responsible for the acquisition, development and
marketing of several large properties.
In
1974 he married Rebecca Varney, a Utah native,
who became his business partner. They formed the
Hawk Group that, in addition to the real estate
activities, owned and operated large
high-technology contact centers.

Ezio’s current project is the
development and implementation of a
trade system similar to the one
operated in Switzerland by the WIR
Bank trade system.

Rebecca Valentini,
with her husband and partner Ezio Valentini, has had a
career-long involvement in the real estate, hospitality and
contact centers industries. She specializes in sales and
operations with expertise in information technology.
A principal
and decision-maker in all ventures, Rebecca has
managed call center operations contracted to
market real estate, hospitality as well as
finance products and services. She directs the
efforts to create new and innovative software
programs for the various projects.
